Conceived as a vibrant summer hub for a growing family, this Long Branch, New Jersey pool pavilion turns a suburban backyard into a destination of its own.

To step away from neighborhood view, the grounds were organized around a broad elevated plinth that blurs the line between indoor living and poolside relaxation. The space unfolds as a series of open-air zones: a sheltered mahogany and cedar cabana for long afternoon lunches, a private sauna and bathhouse for unwinding, a large raised deck and dedicated lawn areas where children can play within easy view of the sun deck.

Finished in 2026, the compound delivers the effortless ease of a private boutique hotel — creating an easygoing setting built to host lively crowds and quiet weekends alike from spring through late fall.
